    It is unfortunate that creators have announced dropping out due to the blockchain technology. It comes with the prejudice against crypto and NFTs as scams, creators are looking to protect their brand and seemingly protect their audiences.

    This does not look good for web 3 games looking to hide their technology, with the chance of backlash once it is found. As people in the space, we should continue to educate - this could have been a good opportunity to. However, the organizers of the league lost a lot more trust by hiding it and blindsiding creators who potentially they know would have declined if it was more upfront information.

  • Npixel is in process of dismantling metaverse headquarters

    For those who are not familiar Npixel was creating METAPIXEL’s Gran Saga. A huge favourite amongst many of the web 3 gamers. It is currently unknown what the fate of the game will be. However, it does appear that this specific news is true.

  • SAKABA Asia Game Journey Odyssey has begun

    These types of solutions for loyalty platform and gamer profiles are continuing to be developed. It will be interesting to see if we will see multiple high performing ones or if one will reign supreme. However, I do believe that the technology for web 3 games is needed. Web 3 games are already shooting in the dark and trying to please traders and degens. With the help of these platforms, studios can start to target their marketing and user acquisition initiatives a lot better with better information.
